CS was down earlier today for a bit because of maintenance, maybe something went wrong with the pound then

“Ive noticed this as well. Also, I dont know if its just me, bt my online user count is stuck at 251 and its been stuck at that exact number for a couple hours? When I click the users that are supposedly online it says they were last active like 8 hours ago so Im confused, and i also dont know where to post this to find out if its just me ”

What I said in another topic. Is anyone else having this issue? One other user said they were. Maybe the whole site is just having some issues?

It's doing it for me too, but I just checked for the first time. It could be a technical problem too, or maybe the site provider or maybe the server is having problems. I'll check to see if this is still happening in a half hour.

ooh! my apologies i didn't see the conformation, i do remember the pound discussion thread though
and how it was taken down. thank you for the input as well- but yes for the most part i was just
trying to settle everyone down a bit, as this type of stuff just happens with the pound sometimes haha,
cause a few people seemed a bit confused.

It's okay! It was a while ago, at the 10th CS birthday pound releases. It is your job to make sure everyone is on topic :3
We're all slowly figuring out what's going on, but our current possible answer is a technical glitch from the site going into maintenance from earier.

Just wanted to pop in an mention that it was stated that the pound is likely to start having less frequent openings as it gets emptier. Tess mentioned it here. Bit more info further down that page here. Basically, pound would run out of pets if openings kept being as frequent as they have been, so it should be expected that its going to start slowing down, so we can still have regular openings. Nothing to be alarmed about ^^
