Alessa set down the piece to wipe her paws, then opened the pop can. She took a sip, then giggled. "The bubbles are tickling my nose." she laughed. She couldn't ever remember being this happy before. Alessa finished the rest of the pizza, then bit into the crust. "Can this day get any better?!" she exclaimed, her tail thudding against the floor.

"Well, we do still have a movie to watch." Alex reminded her of the movie she picked out, and suggested putting it back on. He climbed over her, and turned on the tv.
"Okay, there, ill go turn off the light." Alex got on his feet, and walked over to the light switch, flicking it off.

Alessa looked to him as he turned off the light. "Oh, should we get our popcorn and candy first?" she asked, tilting her head a little. She didn't want Alex to leave during the middle of the movie for their snacks.

alex remembered that aswell, and nodded. "Yeah we probably should, im not sure what kind of candy were getting though..." He really wasnt sure, and there was many kinds. he hoped it was something he liked.
Alexpicked up his plate from the floor, and motioned for Alessa to come down with him to put her plate away too.
"Mrs. Potter, weve finished our pizza, could we make that popcorn for our movie now?" Alex asked.

Alessa hurried up and ate the rest of her pizza before following after Alex. She set her plate in the sink, then stood next to her friend. "Of course." said Mrs. Potter, going to the pantry and putting a bag of popcorn in the microwave. She then took out a key and unlocked a drawer that was packed with candy. "You two may pick two types of candy each." she said. Alessa looked to Alex for guidance.

Alex looked into the drawer, which he had no idea was filled with this much candy. how much did the rabbit keep hidden from them... "can i have some gummy worms and sweet tarts?" He spotted 2 of his favourite candies, and automatically knew what he wanted from the drawer. He looked over to Alessa, and she looked like she was still deciding.

[Boomer]

Mrs. Potter got the candy Alex wanted and gave the packages to him. She then looked to Alessa. "How about a Milky Way and Starburst?" she suggested. "Okay." said Alessa softly. The rabbit gave her the candy, then locked up the drawer.

"Those 2 are very good, have you had them before?" Alex asked. he knew she hadnt tried many things before, but she seemed very open to having those 2 types of candy. maybe shes had them before?

[Boomer]

Alessa shook her head, then looked to the microwave as it went off. Mrs. Potter got the bag out and poured the popcorn into a bowl, then gave the bowl to Alex. "You two enjoy your movie." she said happily, going off to clean up. Alessa started to walk back to Alex's room.

Alex nodded his head, and followed Alessa upstairs.
"So, this is your first time trying those?" He asked, sitting back down on the floor. "Theyre really good, but not my favourite. THESE are my favourites." Alex showed her his small bag of gummy worms and a few packs of sweet tarts.
"The gummy worms are chewy and sweet, and the sweet tarts are very sour. i love them both."
