It's fair, your side is worth 6 '09 rares, and their dog is worth 6-7 '09 rares.

No, very unfair to you. The zebra is worth over 1000 C$. Even with demand I think it goes for around 1000. Get a second opinion! <3

1. Very unfair to the UR Cat. The UR Cat is worth 2 Nons + 2 Sorbets, your side is only worth about a Mid Advent List.

2. It's unfair to you. Their dog is worth 2 '09 rares + a '10 rare, while your side is worth 3 '09 rares.

Two early 09 rare/vr = 40-45C$ each = 80-90C$ together
I would probably value them on the higher end of 90C$ since they're both very rares and are decently liked pets, so they're overpaying with the 250C$
