thank you for the answer, normaly one writes a question in there so i did think they just did want to write out there thoughts what they would love in the future, but after posting it a second time i had to ask
after some thought now after you explained... i think they should not get a third dog, atleast non that is so different to there dogs....maybe a lab or sheperd could work or pitmix that is like them in temper and such......this mixes are no easy dogs most of the time, from what i understand....there dogs could be nice or very gentle and it posssible could work, or be a little difficult...dont know there is not much writen about them.
but with this, i would not say this two possible dog breeds would work well...it could maybe when there dogs are really the right ones for one of those breeds
Please klick them or they will die°°!!!

Yes, I currently have a labrador x pit mix, and a german shepherd x heeler.
Are there any breeds that have already caught your eye? If so, why?
Bernese Mountain Dog, Corgi.
I love the attitudes of the BMD, and have always wanted a Corgi, I think both breeds are quite smart.
How much time a day do you have to devote to training your dog?
I'd like to have at the very least 1-2 hours. I plan on training consistently throughout life as well.
What kind of grooming needs are you prepared to handle?
Whatever the animal needs.
What kind of energy level are you looking for?
I'd like an energy level that isn't too crazy, a dog that I can go out on walks with and play in the yard, but then one that can handle being inside as well.
What do you plan on doing with your dog?
Mostly family dog/companion. I'd like to do obedience just for fun though.
What size dog are you wanting?
I'm alright with any size.
What age dog are you looking for?
Whatever age.
What kind of livestyle do you live? (Active, couch potato etc)
I wouldn't call myself a couch potato, but I'm not super active. I'd love to go on walks, etc.
I think a Labrador or maybe a Corgi would be best for you. I'd recommend a Corgi that is not working lined as working ones can be super super hyper. I would get a show line or a low energy rescue.

Looks like I might have to go through breeders and hope that one has an older dog for adoption.
Hey, its ok. Those are extremely high requirements for a dog. You'll find one eventually.

Have you had dogs before? What breeds? Yes, a Basset Hound, a German Shepherd Mix, a Golden Retriever, a Pit/boxer mix, a black lab mix and currently a Chihuahua/jack russell mix
Are there any breeds that have already caught your eye? If so, why? Yes, the Border Collie and Australian Shepherd, They’re absolutely beautiful and seem to fit my lifestyle.
How much time a day do you have to devote to training your dog? Well, maybe 3-4 hours a day at most or whenever I can have someone watch my son so I can train him/her.
What kind of grooming needs are you prepared to handle? Honestly, it doesn’t matter, whatever the dog needs.
What kind of energy level are you looking for? high energy, but can also be laid back.
What do you plan on doing with your dog? Going on walks, dog parks, training him/her in frisbee, maybe agility since I trained my Bernard in that.
What size dog are you wanting? Medium sized
What age dog are you looking for? I don’t have time for the puppy stage so maybe 1-2 years?
What kind of livestyle do you live? (Active, couch potato etc) I’m active, but i’m also a couch potato.

I’ve worked on Oppies aggression towards people/other dogs. He has been playing with Beagles recently.
Now, he seems to get along more so with female dogs, so I’d need to get a female.
This won’t be for awhile once my son asks to have a dog of his own or he’s up and walking sturdy (he’s a month right now so not till he’s at least 3-4 years old.)

Are you saying that just because I have a pit mix means that they won't get along with other non pit mix dogs?

heya !!
Out of the two specifically I think that both would be quite good candidates for you.
Both dogs get on reasonably well with others so I don't think you'd have too big of a problem there if that is what Luzien is implying?
Unfortunately a bmd doesn't have the best lifespan. I've known one that's lived to nine, but another that sadly passed at only six years. Corgis however have a better lifespan with the range being around twelve to fourteen years so if you want a dog that'll stick around for awhile, or one that you want to get at a slightly older age, a corgi would perhaps be a good idea?
Also a bmd does have pretty high energy needs. So if your looking for a dog that can be both energetic but knows when to settle down, a corgi would be a better fit. Bernese mountain dogs also don't like being left alone for too long, so you would have to be able to spend a reasonable amount of time with them, whereas a corgi is a lot more tolerate of being alone. Corgis also tend to be better at adapting so if your planning on moving around a bit then I think they'd be better suited ^^
