Welcome to the land of Vul. Here, the land is green, and prey is plentiful, but the truth of these lands are hidden from the naked eye.

Vul is a rather expansive land, having been trekked by a large dowt of many years ago. Although having been abandoned for many years from these great beasts, the land is still lush and plentiful, waiting for its kingdom to rise again. The North is mainly expansive, thick forests, their grounds covered with brush and ferns. Thick vines entangle themselves among the trees and make it even harder for trespassers to enter. Dowts residing on the Northern end of the territory rarely enter through the forests, as it is too difficult, and would have to go around. Visitors are rarely found here, but the subjects of Vul know tricks and navigation through this forest. The East is covered in more sparse forests, with a rushing river winding through it. This river is called Cekohl River, and is a hot spot for hunting and more. The forests are also abundant with prey, and occasionally predators... The South is where most of the kingdom resides. While the Executive Order is more in the center of the territory, not far is Ther, where the common folk reside. Ther is a simple village, and is protected and run by all. Dens dug-out and made by their inhabitants surround a small, level area, where they all convene and meet while going along with their daily duties. Besides that, there is mostly forest, and few clearings of lush grass. A thicker section of the forests surrounds their border, and is a perfect barrier to the kingdom. There is plenty of room for the kingdom to expand if needed. The West is clear of thick forest, and is a large expanse of open terrain and hunting opportunities. There is not much to describe of this area, other than that it is more open to the borders than the other regions.

There is a pile of rubble and towering stones still standing tall, with the runes and markings carved into them still visible. With no special name, this pile of rocks and standing boulders is merely called The Ruins. Although it isn’t much of a sight, it is very important to how the Emperor accesses communications with the spirits. It’s not too far from Ther, but is still a night-long journey on foot. Thul is where the Executive Order resides, meaning the Emperor and his Empress, the Lieutenant, and the Medic, along with the guards put in place to protect them privately. In order to enter the area, one must cross over a string of the river, like a moat, by crawling over a fallen log that separates the land it resides on from the rest. Once across, a hill leads up to a small section of large dens where these leaders reside.

The kingdom of Vul is a rule-enforcing, resilient, and violent group. They are known for executing their own kind if they show any disloyalty, or break any of their laws. Many like to wreck havoc among the others, such as why the Executive Order have guards surrounding them at all times. However, they all have a level of respect among one another. Mothers and their cubs are never harmed or touched, and harming the Empress is a high-treason crime. Among other groups, they are demanding and powerful, and will instantly try to shove their order above any other’s.

Common cats located here at Vul are jaguar, tigers, leopards, and occasionally cheetahs and lions. Other species include lynx, bobcats, and pumas.

"Asgard," The male growled to himself. "...what is a king without his kingdom?" For days and days on end,
the tiger had found himself alone among his newfound home. He hated to find himself alone. In fact, he'd
do anything to find the company of others. His only hope now was to ask the ancestors among the ruins for
some aid, if they can grant him any at all. With a loud, heaving sigh, the Emperor rose onto his huge paws
and made his way out into the world, or rather the kingdom of which he called home.

Several pebbles broke from the rubble and tumbled down to the grassy floor below, making subtle sounds
in the darkness. Asgard tipped his head back and looked into the dark, black sky, as it engulfed him in its
hold. "Ancestors." He called into the silence. "Hear my plea; I long for company among my empty kingdom."
He then closed his eyes and blew out a huff from his nostrils. "What is a king without his kingdom?" He repeated.

The Kingdom of Indigo is a small and relatively peaceful dowt living in the vast forests of India, far from any twoleg interactions. They are quite docile and shy away from outsiders, simply because they don't believe in conflict. Cats here are also expert swimmers, since they rely heavily on the rivers for food. Their camp is in an abandoned twoleg village nestled deep in the wilderness. The queen, her mate, the princess, the general, and the shamans all sleep in the nests while the others take shelter in a large cave not far away.

The North, South, and East borders are all heavy rainforest. Snakes are both common prey and common enemies. There is no official training grounds for seconds (cadets) and their mentors often train them wherever they can. On the West side of camp, there is a large river that the cats rely on for food. It is also the site of the dangerous Stepping Stones, which the queen must cross in order to reach the remains of a temple and speak to the ancestors.

Subjects of the kingdom value knowledge over brute strength and do no have conflicts very often, but don't be fooled by their soft demeanor.
Indigo cats are smart and strategic. They attack mentally before physically. All species of cats, from ocelots to tigers can be found here.

The King: The queen's mate. Not as powerful as the queen but just as respected. Takes over command when the queen is with-cub.

Lightning cracked overhead as the tigress crashed through the jungle undergrowth. Her breath came in rapid pants, eyes wildly trying to find any sort of shelter. It seemed like years that Kali had been running through the downpour after no-furs attacked her even though it had only been a few sunrises. The hole-shaped scar in her ear almost burned at the thought. Her paws raced through the mud for another hour until she stumbled upon a deserted no-fur camp. The nests were crumbling, the broken frames swaying dangerously in the high wind. Kali stopped and blinked the rain from her eyes. There were a few nests that seemed stable enough for shelter. Relief flooded her chest and she started towards it, but something stopped her. Her ears turned towards the rushing river and she saw a structure peaking out from the cliff face across the raised water.

Kali's curiousity got the better of her and she cautiously padded across a path of stepping stones. The waters churned dangerously around her paws but she used her claws to keep her balance. Water was no big deal to her, but the storm's violence told her it wasn't safe to swim. On the other side of the river was a temple built of stone. It had been weathered down but there were intricate carvings of tigers and other big cats hunting and prowling on the massive columns. The tigress ducked her head and padded cautiously inside.

The only thing in the temple was a large blue crystal sticking out from the center. It had a dull glow around it and Kali cocked her head as she moved closer to it. Something was off about it, but there was also a strange sense of purpose. She licked her lips and circled it a few times before reluctantly pressing her nose against the structure. She sucked in a breath when something akin to electricity burst through her body.

"Hello, young Kali." Kali turned quickly and her eyes widened. In front of the temple entrance was a large white tiger. Her eyes glowed with an ethereal light and her pelt flickered in and out of reality. Her face was kind buy Kali was still apprehensive. The tigress cocked her head and chuckled.
"Do not fear me, young one. I am here to help you with your divout."
"My what?"
"Your divout, a group of many cats from all over the world united under you. You didn't run here for no reason. I was guiding your paws." The tigress moved closer and Kali moved back, still not on board with any of this. "I am Starii, former high queen of the Kingdom of Indigo. We were wiped out by no-furs almost a hundred years ago, and now, you are the new high queen. Your bravery and strength assure me that you will be a great leader."

Kali shook her head in disbelief and looked up at her. "I can't, high queen."
She shook her head again, "I-I am a coward."
Starii looked at her sympathetically (which made Kali angry) and spoke gently to her, "Do not doubt yourself, young one. You have more power than you believe. I will always be here to help you on your quest by granting you whichever Kingdom member you desire."

This caught Kali's attention and she swished her tail, still unsure about the starry cat but definitely interested. "Okay." She stayed and thought for a few beats. "Can you grant me a shaman? If I am to lead your Kingdom, I will need to be healthy and strong."

Starii nodded and dipped her head. "Consider It done, young high queen." Her body began to glow faintly and then intensely. Kali squeezed her eyes shut against the violent sight and when she looked again, the ghostly cat was gone.

The Dowt of Neverending Dusk lives in the pine forests. The ground is always covered by shadows. The live in the mountains but the southern part of the territory includes plains and fields of dry grass. It is usually very hot during summer and the winters are snowy and cold. The fall and spring, however, are a nice, cool time with periods of warm sunlight.

Mostly every kind of cat can be found there except for lions and extremely small cats.

Zyna looked out onto the territory. She was resting on her favorite ledge. It was a cliff the overlooked the forests and fields below. Her tail flicked lazily. She was supposed to be patrolling her newly found home. But she had been here for a few moons already and practically knew this place like the back of her paw. Slowly drifting her eyes shut, she listened to the birds chirping. The abandoned stone building that was used for their camp filtered out most of the birdsong, even though there were several holes that plagued the walls. Sighing, she tilted her nose in the sky and breathed slowly, enjoying the day.

sanguis regnum is a secretive dowt that is hidden deep within the jungle,
away from many other dowts. they live in the ruins of a temple, long
forgotten by mankind. it is rare that humans are sighed around the vast
dowt territory, and they intend on keeping it that way. whether it be
humans or cats, these felines will fight ruthlessly to protect what is
rightfully theirs. they have a deep affinity to the night, & they worship
only a single god of the night—zevtiun. the sanguis regnum are fiercely
loyal to their dowt, and it is rare that forbidden relationships occur, &
when they do serious punishment is applied. this group is often seen
training and fighting with eachother, and serious issues that cannot be
solved with words are fought in the rubble of one of the temple
buildings. these cats are trained to be silent as they stalk their prey or
enemies, and are brought up to show no remorse. typically you find
bigger species of cats in the dowt, but smaller breeds can be accepted.
the dowt lives in a large jungle with plentiful food, they have many
rivers and water falls as well.
