Well, the one with the largest single variation dog hoard, has like 800 uncommon dogs, so that person must have that title too.

No; because one hoard is only allowed to have one title ;3 That's a rule Firestar made quite some time ago to make it more fair to the public. Only people who held two records before this rule was set are allowed to have the same hoard have two records.
