Dawn heard running and rushed towards the stairs instead, tossing the door open and daring to climb onto the railing and slide down from floor to floor. She made it to the door and ran out, onto the streets. She started towards Central Park as she knew it best.

Clint quickly swerved as she took the stairs, following her and catching up easily.

She knew he was right behind her. Damn it. There was no way she’d out run him. She was frustrated and sighed. Her next decision was... strange. She leapt up and grabbed a tree branch, pulling herself up and looking down at him. “I’m not coming down.” She declared

"Then I'm coming up." Clint shot back with a small smirk.

“Fine, go ahead. See if I care. You’re not taking me back to the tower.” She said, crossing her arms before climbing higher.

"Watch me." he grinned, leaping up beside her.

“What is that thing?” She asked as the small creature hopped up, her eyes widened as she was overwhelmed by its cuteness

"I am Groot." Groot said up at her, beaming. "I am Groot is his vocabulary, but his name is Groot." Peter responded, letting him crawl into the nook of his arm.

“He’s absolutely adorable! Are we there yet? I need to get back to earth before I decide that you’re not as awful as I originally thought.” She said, honestly missing Tony a bit.
