Black Ghost Wig = Halloween 2014 --> 2014 Uncommon

Overpay on the Top Side.
The 2016 Rare alone would be fair for the item (not including any user based demand).
'16 Rare = 1 '14 Uncommon

Light Leopard = Tier 2, September List --> 2 Mid-Advents + 1 '09 rare (or roughly between 13-17 '09 Rares)

Timberwolf = Tier 9, Advent --> 8-9 '09 Rares
Store Pets Total Worth = 17 '09 Rares + 1 Mid '10 Rare

Total Worth (Store Pet/Timberwolf Side) = 25-26 '09 Rares + 1 Mid '10 Rare

I'd say this is unfair rarity wise (if my math is right), but I am not sure on the demand of the Light Leopard.
With that said I would get a second opinion.

First Trade:
Cake Dog = September List --> 42 '09 Rares

'14 Store Pet = 2 '09 Rares
Sockdog = Tier 10, Advent --> 10 '09 Rares
The other pets/items do not make up the difference, so quite unfair to the Cake Dog.

Second Trade (with the Store Pet and Lion):
Slightly unfair to the Lion side by the birthday pets.
'16 Store Pet = Early '10 Rare
