At the minute, I'll allow you to accept slots for either year one or year three, but to allow for fairness and to give others a chance to have twins, I can't allow you to have both. Of course, if you reserve for year one, and year three rolls around without anyone else wanting to reserve in that year, I will allow you to reserve again, but only in the condition that no one else wants to.
