I think it's under the dragon's head. If you look closely at the dragon's yellow hair, you'll see lines of the dragon-item's horns. I can't circle it due to being on mobile.

I'm finally home, so I opened up firealpaca with a new screenshot I took by the snip tool, and saved the image of the item on the first page to see if it actually is the horns c:
When I pasted the item, moved it to the area without altering it, and it matches!

You can tell the plush must be hiding behind the head since the dragon doesn't have any two hair strands sticking up that far <3

i think that's almost certainly where it is! congrats if you win ^^

almost the whole time i've thought it was somewhere under or near that dragon (after something Red_Velvet said when replying to one of my guesses, it sort of gave it away to me that the item would be around there: i guess overthinking can sometimes be useful, huh). I can't believe i missed that spot even though i looked over it multiple times. XD

this was difficult, yet really fun!
