Um? The Cheshire cat is absolutely NOT a main list pet.
It is not on any list at all. Inflated demand increases the "value" of pets like the Cheshire, August PPS, and Dragoncat PPS.

From the ones I've seen, mid-low advent list offers on the Cheshire are the norm as of late.

1. fair, as the gap between the '13 and '12 rare is worth about 3 C$.
2. demand is pretty much user-based.
3. fair, as its a litter swap.
4. again, demand is user-based. but this one is definitely not as good as 2.
5. unfair, none of the pets equal a '11 rare.

That is extremely unfair to them. Your pet is an advent while their pet is a high mainlist worth 2 nons.
