On the keeping track, at least, with patience and cross-referencing.
It's entirely possible, even though I'm realistically not going to be able to catch everything until the end of the trial mod event. Which is fine, I don't expect that, and I won't be annoyed if I don't achieve that.

It's largely an issue of stealing names and ideas.
Plus, for some of us, we spend a lot of effort looking for names, particularly prefixes. When very similar names turn up elsewhere on cats that happen to have the same pictures in clans which seem to have naming systems that don't permit the very similar name being used, it looks a little bit like copying.
And yes, imitation is the highest form of flattery! But copying is not imitation.

@Chamrosh, so what happens if you make a name and don't realize someone else has the same name?
Like I don't tend to look at other people's names. I always make my cats names up and don't mean to copy if I do.
