Ashton Williams ;;
((Sorry this is so late! D| I've been way too busy!))
The sound of her three inch heels clicking against the pavement was drown out by the music that flowed into her ears like a wave of freedom. Ashton's iPod was tucked away safely in her purse that was slung around her right arm; the cord of her earphones slipped out of the bag so the earbuds could be placed in her ears. It was nice to finally be off work, thought Ash didn't really mind work. Helping people pick out flowers was not really a taxing career, but it did at times get on the tedious side. Today was one of those slow days where only a few people had actually wandered in, and only one of the handful actually getting anything. She was a petite older woman with snow white hair and wrinkles both deep and shallow deforming her appearance. Ash without her heels only stood at around 5'3", and even without them on there was no way Ash had been shorter than this lady. She came in a spent a few hours wandering through the shop, eyeing Ashton every now and then, and finally purchasing a bouquet of yellow roses. A few hours after that the place was nearly deserted, and so Ashton called it a night. Closing up early wasn't really a common thing for the brunette, but sometimes what had to be done just had to be done!
Baron Manor, her covens "hideout" you could call it was coming closer into view, Ashton's eyes trained on the house's structure in hunger to finally be among her coven. She thought of them as a like a family, since she didn't really have much of one with her other than them. As her feet brought her nearer and nearer, she could see the figures of Akane and Aaron, and, wait, was that Sophie up in a tree? Ash had to double take as she had gone to look down at her purse, only for her eyes to be telling the truth. Sophie was up in the tree. 'Well, isn't this a bit odd...' Ashton thought to herself, pondering what might in fact be going on.
Within moments Ashton was across from her three friends, just as Aaron asked something about Sophie climbing the tree. "So, what exactly is going on here...?" Ashton asked as she reached down to pull her heels off. Her posture became an awkward sort of pose as her left arm kept out to keep her balance, and her right hand reached down to meet her left foot halfway and pull it off, and then her right. With her heels safely off her feet, Ash was able to walk through the grass now, not having to worry about her heels going through the unstable, soil-y earth. As she came closer, she was able to tell by the look on Sophie's face what was going on. Sophie was stuck up there, wasn't she? The scene brought a giggle to Ashton's lips, and a smile of amusement and curiosity.
((Ugh, sorry this is so awful. Totally missing my muse at the moment. Sorry for the shortness and boringness of it all. So sorry you all have to read it. D|))
