The spotted tom was currently on a solo hunt when he narrowed his green eyes at a rather fat mouse was gnawing on a seed under a oak tree. Getting into a hunters crouch, he started for the rodent, his paws falling silently on the ground beneath him. As he moved forwards he then held his breath before launching himself at the unsuspecting prey and securing a easy kill for the tom. As he then went to bury the mouse, his ears perked up at the scent of his assigned mate, Featherclaw.

The tomcat made a small excited noise before going to follow her, his fur tingling with the thought of getting into a fight and fighting alongside a warrior! The large tom was already the size of a few warriors as it was, but he's never actually gotten to fight with them unless it was for training. The apprentice then started to sniff the air for any scents that could cause the two trouble. "Thank you again, Tigerlily, for letting me tag along."

The tom then bit his tongue as he listened to Ashpaw and was incredibly thankful for the Medicine Cat Apprentice's suggestion as he thought that he wouldn't have been able to handle the she-cat all alone with Galepaw. "Yeah, w-we'll stand guard, r-right Galepaw?" He pointy asked his denmate.

Ambergaze smiled when Lostheart called the kits inside. The old she-cat seemed to be in a good mood and he knew very well that even if Scarface wasn't, Lostheart would be fully capable of calming him down. He lowered his head and gently nudged his daughters forward, into the gloom of the elders' den.

Ambergaze made his way into the den, sitting down close to the entrance with his tail curled around his front paws.

Rowan fixed his piercing golden gaze on Paletiger and the tom’s words brought a wide, amused smile onto the loner’s muzzle. He hadn’t expected the clan cats to be so full of themselves, but it just made it that much more fun. “I’d like to see you try, but you look like the kind of cat who has an unnecessarily big mouth and no bite to match,” he meowed to Paletiger, before moving past the tom as if he were no more than a tree. Instead, he focused on the second tom, who was a bit smaller in size but Rowan noticed that this one at least had the good sense to be at least a bit afraid. “You can call me Rowan. And I rather like your territory, especially the thrushes seem to taste better in these parts.” Oh he was pushing his luck, but that was precisely what he wanted, to see what these cats were capable of and to give his claws something to do.

Badgerpaw blinked in surprise when Silhouette backed up to cower at his paws. But when the loner took a few steps closer his eyes glinting with cruel amusement, Badgerpaw moved out of instinct, stepping over Silhouette so that she was effectively shielded under his broad-shouldered frame. In case it came down to a fight, he didn’t want the small she-cat caught in the crossfire.

Dawnpaw felt her muscles starting to ache, warning her that she should slow down, so she was glad when Nightpaw proposed a tie. “Sounds good, you’re quite fast yourself,” she meowed with a grin. The cream-colored apprentice skidded to a halt alongside Nightpaw once they arrived at the training hollow and dropped down beside the tom, panting slightly. “You look like one too,” she said jokingly, nudging him with a paw.

She moved towards the medicine cats den leading the way quickly not bothering to glance over her shoulder at Flint as she nudged Ashpaw inside. ”Over here is my nest.” she said nodding towards the smaller of the three. ”This will all blow over soon Ashpaw I promise.” she looked back to look at Galepaw and Onepaw then.

"We don't care what your name is. If you've truly been hunting in our territory, we'll deal with you soon, rest assured. However, we have one pest to contend with at the moment, so just wait your turn. The fact that you're talking rather than attacking is pathetic support to this being a big game to some idiotic loner with an inflated ego and nothing better to do, and we simply don't have the time to play along." He started to walk again, waiting for the rest of the patrol to follow, keeping his eye on Rowan all the while.

Ashpaw was thankful for their kindness, but she was more concerned about Faclonblaze. He was fighting for her against her father. She prayed to star clan that He would be alright and drive Flint away. That is all she wanted. Ashpaw felt a wave of comfort come over her when Rainypaw led her to the meicine cat den. The scent of different kinds of herbs caused her body to relax. It was a nice and calming smell, "T-thank you a-again..." Ashpaw whispered as she settled down in the den trying her best to keep what was happening outside out of her mind. But it was easier said than done.

Featherclaw lifted her head slightly and opened her mouth to get a good scent of what was around her. The strongest scent was of a vole, who was just a few fox-lengths away. She crouched down and crept up and the prey as it rustled the leaves. At the last second the silver she-cat pounced and ended it's life with a swift bite to the neck. The warrior padded a few steps farther into the forest, looking for a place to bury her catch. She caught the scent of her assigned mate, Leopardheart, and buried her prey, looking around for him.
