Hey i have a question ♡
im starting my journey to be healthier and was wondering if i could use a thread in the general.disscussion as a food/fitness journal wher others would be welcome.to join in?
id make one major post a day for myself to post in with the date.
ex food entry.
Todays date: march 11th, 2016
What i ate for breakfast: two sunny side eggs.
snack 1: an apple
lunch:
snack 2:
dinner:
excersise: this morning i did 15 minutes on my eliptical and i drastically improved!
So far i have had 25 oz of my 64oz a day goal.
I just dont want this to be against the rules to do so

I would be promoting a healthy/fit lifestyle not one meant of unhealthy habits and such.
(ps blank spots are just not.updated meals yet)
