Welcome to the club! I agree that I both like and dislike the difficulties that come with coding... sometimes it's a nice challenge, but then other times I just get frustrated and need to take a break.
If you need any help with coding, you can definitely PM me (though I will be unavailable today through Saturday, Sunday-Tuesday all day, and Thursday-Saturday due to school activities). Otherwise, Digitally Distinct is a great place to learn about coding and ask all kinds of questions. Just remember that no question is a stupid question, and it's a learning experience for everyone involved!

Hey guys! I went and re-did my signature once again, but I'm really proud of it this time!
I finally managed to make a really decorative signature! Any opinions?

lord it's been so long since i posted--
my coding has since gotten a little better, and i made this simplisticish sig recently.
coding on a chromebook can be so annoying at times, as it doesn't always show up
the same for everyone else, such as for the most common windows users.

i understand comparing oneself to others around us, it's inevitable and pretty normal,
but its something we need to overcome. if we quit at every hurdle where we saw
someone jump it better, we'd get nowhere.

hurdling analogies aside,,,, i think that your coding is pretty, and i do think it will
have an appeal, even if you yourself cannot see it! i also wholeheartedly agree w/
everything that has been said already. <3 gl

this thread is a relatively slow moving one! I do agree though that the challenges of
BBCode can be equally as frustrating as they are fun to overcome! :3

also definitely follow parabatai.'s advice regarding digitally distinct, there's a lot of
useful tutorials and such over there, but we're always here if you need help anyway!

your signature is really beautiful, the b&w scheme fits the overall theme really well
i sometimes struggle to read quotes that are laid out similarly to yours but i think
that it flows really nicely and is easy to read! :3 (also your coding shop is cute!!!)

what's your favorite and least favorite part about coding?:

my favorite part about coding is when everything seems to fit perfectly after a long coding session and you feel like your work has payed off. my least favorite part about coding is when everything fits perfectly, except for one tiny thing that is slightly out of place...

when did you begin making signatures?:

about a year-and-a-half ago. i was growing tired of buying signatures, as i found some way too complex for my liking, so i started displaying my own take on more simplistic sigs. my coding skills aren't incredible, but i can tell that i've been improving over recent months.

tell us a bit about yourself?:

sure. i'm scarlett, a somewhat quiet music enthusiast. i love the piano; i've been playing for roughly eight/nine years now, and i'm planning on exploring more musical instruments in the future. i have an interest in acting, both film and stage (especially musical theatre), as well. i also enjoy reading, creative writing, and watching anime.

by the way, i've submitted one of these forms before, but i'm doing it again because i changed my username, and because i haven't posted on this topic in a long time. (also, i was unbelievably cringy when i first joined. *shuddering* i'm definitely a more mature person and coder now.)
