It is up to you. Both have good demand. Demand varies person to person but I can confirm that the cerb can get 2-3 nons and the zonkey easily gets 2 and sometimes more. I have owned 2 zonkeys and both constantly had offers. I traded both of mine for a cerb at different times. One zonkey did a straight swap for a cerb and the other zonkey I added other list pets because my partner valued it higher.
Personally, if you like the zonkey I would take this.
