unfair to you. The bee is worth 2 nons, so the gap between the non and your bee are 3 sorbets.
the blue toxic is worth a sorbet + red x pps and with the wwa, it adds up to one sorbet + line tribal. The other pets don't fill the gap

Although warrior cats are high demand half of them aren't rare so they don't matter all that much, I would say this person is overpaying quite a bit, get a second opinion though.

the tinsel lion is worth 5-6 '09 rares, so the first trade is fair. The store pets are worth a '10 rare each, and together they add up to a '09 rare, so the first trade is worth 6 '09 rares.
the second trade is pretty unfair to you. The store pet is worth a '10 rare, and the C$ are worth a '10 uc, so the second trade doesn't even add up to a low advent. The other pets don't do anything there.
the third trade is considered to be fair as well, as their side is worth 5 '09 rares. But out of these all, the first one is still the best.

both trades are unfair to you.
1. the two '17 rares add up to a '16 rare = '14 uc. The '17 rare is worth a '15 uc, so their side is worth little less than a '13 uc.
2. as for the second trade, their side is worth 26 '09 rares and the red x is worth 49, so they need to add a scarf pps.
