Jabber - It's about a former fashion model who gets the lower half of her jaw shot off, and what happens when she later meets a transsexual named Brandy Alexander, and tags along with her.
Okay, so my description really doesn't do it justice, but the book is full of surprises and twists, and it's just great. I started reading it on a long train ride, and literally didn't put it down until I was finished.

Okay, Pig Latin is where you take the first letter (or first sound, such as "ch" or "sp" or something) of the word and attach it to the end, and put "ay" after that. for example:
