Has anyone realized that you can just stay on one page and hit refresh until the banner appears? Saves so much precious egg-trading time tbh

This is actually a really bad idea because unlike page scrolling if you refresh after finding a banner on accident you have to find a new one, you can't just go back a page. That can really suck your time away.

Hey question for the banner limit reachers; what do you DO with all of the eggs? I’ve been able to auction some of mine off and still collect all of the token pets, and I’m nowhere near the limit!

Hey question for the banner limit reachers; what do you DO with all of the eggs? I’ve been able to auction some of mine off and still collect all of the token pets, and I’m nowhere near the limit!

I'm a hoarder so I always need lots of tokens to minimize the amount of trading I'd need to do :)
I've spent 90 tokens this night alone so I could get 30 of the meteor bunny.
Everything that I have left by the end of the event I spend on trade fodder. Lots of potential rares always make a good investment.

Traffic is traffic is traffic, whether it comes from refreshing one page or constantly clicking to another (one could even argue that loading a short page is better than clicking through the archive which is what some have mentioned). And it's not really the user's responsibility to reduce traffic when the site owners run this sort of competition. If they didn't consider the increased load and plan accordingly, it would be insanely dumb to run these competitions.

Besides, NZ has disgustingly awful speeds to overseas servers (because of peak time throttling, data limits, old under-sea cables that everyone refuses to upgrade and various other issues... let's just say xbox gold is a complete waste of money when you die in a pvp before your game even loads) and I've not encountered any noticable slowdown on CS over the last week.
