What a lovely day of green egg hunting it's been.

I feel you. Mine were pretty even today and next thing I know I have at least 10 more purple than the others

Game likes giving me all the gold egg tokens and no purples ._. Meanwhile all animals require purple and few require gold. Meh. No animal eggs yet either. Just need to wait for a little luck.
