Shadowscar chuckled softly and silently to herself, taking a note of Ashice's impatience. "Ashice, we have only just begun to walk. Don't you think it may take a bit more time than the average Patrol?" Her tail flicked slightly at the question; an obvious sign that she was merely playing around and not trying to hurt the Tom with insults.

Ashice opened his mouth to say something back, but he realized that Shadowscar was just playing around with him. Smiling sheepishly at her, he flicked her flank with his tail tip, "Yeah, I guess you're right, Shadowscar." he mewed.

It had seemed like a moon had passed before the Loner Tom had lead the two Clan cats through the Twoleg place and towards the area where the Poppy Seeds grew. Ashice's pelt was still bristling slightly from when a group of dogs behind a fence had begun barking like crazy as they passed by. "It's right through here." the Loner called over his shoulder and padded through the brush. Ashice nodded and quickly followed after the three-legged Tom.

Shadowscar shivered a little as the cool night air had penetrated through her pelt and blew against her skin; a cold, devastating, and obvious signal that Leaf-Bare was still obviously lingering. Her ears were flat against her dark ebony fur due to the nearby twoleg dog's outrageous and annoying barking, but slowly nodded at the Loner's words. "I want to get out of here..." The She-cat had began to mumble under her breath, most of the thoughts about the large possibility of death.

Ashice glanced over at Shadowscar and padded closer to her to where their pelts were touching to keep her warmer, "Is that better?" he asked with a small smile. He turned his head back in the direction of the Loner and sniffed the air, "I can smell the Poppy Seeds from here." he meowed and tried to see if he could scent which direction the Loner had gone.
