What time is rollover EST again? Is it 7 or 8?

Since we're currently on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) due to Daylight Savings starting earlier this month, rollover is at 8 PM.

When we're off of Daylight Savings and therefore are on EST (Eastern Standard Time), rollover's at 7.

You can also check here for the current time on CS and see how much you're offset and calculate it from there since rollover is at midnight CS time :3

its when new pets are added for the event! its basically the start of a new day. it happens at the end of each month too.
