A generally decent person, seeming very friendly from the few interactions the two had. They first met when Levi designed and tattooed the art on his forearm. Rather calm and collected through the entire experience and even kept up a conversation. He'll say hi to the young man whenever he stops by the cinema and occasionally have a conversation if either has the time.

An interesting teen. Their first meeting was an interesting experience within a grocery store and with his parents. But Phoenix himself seems like a pretty cool guy, having a few run-ins here and there during Levi's time after moving back into town. He wouldn't mind getting to know the young man better to become friends, especially if he wanted a job at his parlor.

Not going to lie, his first impression of the younger woman was good in his eyes. Of course his first thought was "wow," but who can blame him? Levi stops by the coffee shop she works at every now and then , only hanging around long enough for short conversations about the day or any recent gossip within the little shop. He would consider themselves friends but wouldn't be opposed to the idea of being something more.

It's just generally safe to say these two didn't get along right away. Levi doesn't see the young woman but something about her rubs him the wrong way. The air around her, her 'aura' in a way just kinda sets him off. From what he can remember, they've had one conversation but someone must have been in a bad mood because it left the girl storming off. So whoops?

Levi doesn't see much of this woman often, maybe its where she works or their schedules aren't in some sort of sync. He does think of her as a nice young lady with a pretty smile, that's for sure. Perhaps if he gets to know the girl better they could be friends, but for now? She's elusive.

H I S T O R Y

Charlie Millicent Troy only ever loved two things in this world; sports and her parents. She had learnt to rollerblade the moment she could walk, and from that moment on, nothing could hold her back from the skating rink. Rarely was she seen without fire in her eyes and a determined smile on her delicate features. It was on the day of her fifteenth birthday when she received a letter stating that she was to participate in the world championships for competitive inline speed skating. Charlie was absolutely overjoyed and couldn’t wait to tell her parents. However, that moment never came. Rachel and Nathan Troy both passed away in a car accident a little way out of town after picking up their daughter’s birthday present. The fifteen-year-old patiently waiting for the return of her parents for three days, before realising that they weren’t coming back.

Five years later Charlie still adores rollerskating with all her heart, but doing so competitively was a forgotten dream. Instead, she manages the Roll-A-Way, the skating rink that her family had established when they first moved to Nepenthe. Charlie adores running the business as it has helped create friendships, spark relationships and solve disputes.

One would think that losing her parents on her birthday would have caused Charlie to close off from the world. However, she is the complete opposite. The young adult is bright, bubbly and always enthusiastic. She loves nothing more than spending time with friends, offering a helping hand or trying to make the world a happier place. Her loyal and trustworthy nature means she will always protect and defend her loved ones, regardless of danger or the consequences. Of course, Charlie has her negative traits too. She can be stubborn, rude and far too confident for her own good. She is also quite sensitive, and although she won't show it, criticism or harsh words will plague her mind for months on end.
