This is the Chocolate Moon Jewel Bunny. :3 It is virtually the same as the Chocolate Moon Jewel Dog, just not as rare and well.... its a bunny. XD

If it's referring to pets, it's the pups Sorren mentioned. If it's referring to characters/fursonas/etc, it means one that is garishly coloured and/or covered with jewelry/accessories/piercings/clothing/etc. Any mention of Sparkledogs before October would be referring to the latter, not the actual CS pets. The litter was named after the term because they had a sparkly-looking blanket and everyone thought it was a cute name for them. They are also sometimes called the Glitter litter.
