There are two gill slits on each side of the neck The eyes have no pupils but seem to be full of starlight. Antenna are flexible and can be positioned as needed. He has monkey like feet and hands with three toes and a thumb and three fingers and a thumb.

If fullbody, I'll like him to stand slightly sideways facing to the left, with his head facing the other side and a bow in his right hand, the left hand raised slightly with blue mist producing out of it? Same thing if bust,,just without the lower body
If possible I'll love for light blue shading(?)
reference or detailed description:
I don't have a coloured ref for him but here he is, his skin colour is fair (leaning slightly to tan) and he has a moderate amount of freckles over his nose and cheeks, his hair is brown and slightly curly and he's a heterochromia boi, left eye being a light ocean blue and right eye being a dull brown.
His built is lean but slightly muscular, to give it a proper description, he has the build of a young adult.
accessories, clothing, ect: As shown in the really not flattering photo above, he wears a slightly dull(ish) gold plate around his neck and head, both of which has gemstones on it, 7 on his neck, and 5 on his head plate, the middle one being the largest of course,,
His shirt is a deep v neck that is connected with 4 strings, and since he originates from a slightly older era they have a 'dirtied' look to them, if that makes any sense?
Around his chest he wears something like this (the shirt too is almost identical) except that it has another strap that connects from the middle to around his left chest,,
His pants reach to the lower half of his calves which are then binded off by bandages, and he doesn't wear shoes.
Heck I can't even understand myself do pardon me,,
His horns curve around his head to below his ears, they too are a natural brown and I would love it if roses could be added onto them<3

I'll just put some extra notes here;;
The gemstones can be quite difficult to draw, so I wouldn't mind them being just a simple pure white:)
He has two helix piercings, one lobe on his left ear and one lobe on his right.
Can his nose appear slightly rosy(ish)?
P much everything about has a slightly dirty/worn out look to them, examples of the 'dirtied' looks can be found by searching maze runner characers<3

Existing ref(s) ): this is his toyhou.se! i know the art is a little lacking-- there is a fullbody ref, but it's a sprite. that's why i'd LOVE some of him, if you're willing! i'm completely willing to chat with you about the details as much as you need.
Character species: he's a nephil, making him a half-angel, half-human! so basically, humanoid with small wings and a halo.
How detailed would you like the reference to be (amount of images+ cropping, style(s) and completion of each image) : i love the example you have. a chibi/anime fullbody and an anime bust would be fantastic! rather than clothing refs, i'd love a reference for his wings, if you're comfortable with drawing that? and maybe just some small details like ... common items you'll find on his person (cell phone, pack of matches, etc), things like that. i also love the little color palette on the side.
