Really unsure if this is fair,

the lime ice rat is worth a little more than 6 mid advents. your nick cake dog and moonswirl bun account for 2, your spiderwing b-wolf is a low advent, and the 4 '09 rares and '10 rare add up to another low advent. 2 low advents = a mid advent, so your side is roughly 3 mid advents; they are asking for half the value of the lime ice rat rarity-wise. i'm not sure about demand- rats are really difficult to trade off, but i think you could still get a lower mid september list for it, which would be beneficial to you. i would get a second opinion on demand, but ultimately, it's up to you whether you want to trade up or take a rat with the amount of underpay they're asking for.
