"Go away. I don't want to talk." Matt said from where he was on the floor. He just wanted to be alone. His mother had really hurt him and he felt it. He really just did not want to deal with it.

[lavender moon]

"Matt, what she doesn't matter. I tried to tell you. She's just no good. Why don't you come out? You won't get anything by laying around." She tried to coax him out

[it.will.rain]

"It is okay. I am fine in here." He said not wanting to come out. He laid on the floor.

[lavender moon]

"I can't get in. The door blasted me into a wall!" Thunder was growling at her feet, facing the door. He seemed to be as frustrated as Dawn.

"Ya well, I don't want anyone coming in." He said and took the spell down. "Fine there." He said and stayed where he was.

She gently places and hand on the handle, her breath stops. There’s no blast. Slowly, she opens the door and Thunder storms past her over to Matt (no pun intended). “Hey, I’m so sorry about all of this.”

Matt did not move. He just stayed where he was. "It is fine. There is nothing to go back to. She destroyed it." He said flatly. He was not in the mood.

She couldn’t move for moments on end. What could she say? He looked broken beyond repair. She had done this to him. Again with the same gentle nature, she pulled him into a hug. “I’m sorry Matt. I miss it too.”

Matt did not hug her back. "It's whatever." He said. He did not want to talk about what his mom had said about her life being so much better without him. He looked at the ground.

Quickly, she Pulled away. Did he have to be so rude? All she was trying to do was be there for him. Why were boys so difficult. “Fine, push me away Matt.” Snaps and stalks off, rushing back to her horse. Of course, she still liked Matt. He had just hurt her.
