None of those are even close to being fair for the pineapple. As for the first one definitely wouldn’t rate it more than 3/10. The highest pet it has is a September list and your pineapple is an above gap main list. It may not always have the best demand but it does not go for THAT low. Even the other two offers are way too low.

the pineapple is worth two sorbets + ur apple. Demand wise, it usually goes for a sorb/blue toxic range.

I'd give the first one a 2/10 as their side doesn't add up to any main list.
The second one a 5/10, as the nonballoon is worth a high sept less than half a sorbet and the third one a 4/10 as their side is worth little more than a balloon dog, rarity wise.

technically the '09 rare alone is fair as the three months rule applies. Demand wise, the dragon can go for two '09 rares, so it actually looks fine to me. The store pets are worth a late '10 rare each and add up to a '09 rare.
