i actually grew up listening to they might be giants! my mom loves them and actually reintroduced them to me when i was a little older. i've never actually heard this particular song by them, but it didn't disappoint me. definitely lived up to my standards for 'em. his voice has always been a little weird, like his enunciation and stuff, but i'm obsessed with it. their music is so weird in the best way possible. this song made me wanna get up and dance and i would 110% listen to it again. thanks for the recommendation!!

At first impression in the beginning of the song I was a bit bothered by the one sided balance for the guitar in my headphones.(I enjoy mismatched balances, but since it was so strong in one side it was a bit jarring.) Other than that this is the exact type of song I would listen to on a daily basis. I really love the upbeat tempo that contrasts with the lyrics in a nice way. I especially liked the lines "I brought a knife to a gunfight, I brought my words to a fistfight", the first one is used often in many places and I thought the second like was a nice variation to the base idea. I also think the way the singer did the "oeoeoeo" parts(hard to explain but it's when he sings "cold" was really pleasant.)

Overall I think I'll be looking into their music for other things to add to my playlist, this song is definitely added. Thank you for the recommendation!

it was alright. i don''t like this kind of music very much, I'm into alternative and light rock. But it was okay. I didn't understand the lyrics, like if there was any deeper meaning or anything. But it was catchy and the signer was pretty good.

i know that song!! it's one of my favorites! the lyrics and instrumentals are my favorite part, though i love the guy's voice, as well and the quality that it has in the song. it's super catchy and in general just one of my favorite songs, and my #1 favorite song by bleachers.

really love the electronic beats (haven't listened much of queen but still this song screams queen) for me the song kinda dragged for a bit something i would listen every once in while. the singer is amazing ! synthesized beats and voices were great but it stayed the same, it was still a great listen
