Lukas stayed in bed and the next day, he left his house and started driving. He drove a few hours. He was not sure where he was going. He just wanted to leave where he was. He was thinking about dropping out of school and starting over in a new place.

Elena tried calling Lukas over and over again. “C’mon, pick up, pick up, pick up!” She yelled, and threw her phone across the room. “Why wont he answer?” She yelled as she grabbed her phone. She was worried sick.

Lukas had forgotten his phone in his apartment. Something else he did regularly. He stopped at a store and got a pay for minutes phone and called his advisor at the school. He told him he would be gone a few days and was thinking about dropping out. When asked where he was going, Lukas actually had an answer. "Hollywood." He said and hung up. He drove.

Elena called everyone, and lastly his advisor. “H-Hollywood?” She asked, stunned. “I don’t want him to leave! If he doesn’t come back I want to find him!” She said afte she hang up. “No. I’m going now.” She hopped in her car and started towards Hollywood.

Lukas got there and got a cheep hotel room not able to spend a lot. He sighed and looked around the room. He laid on the bed and thought.

Elena reached Hollywood. She saw Lukas’ car at the motel. She found his door. “Lukas!” She yelled. “Let me in!”

Lukas looked at the door not expecting her to have followed him. He did not say anything for a while before he sighed and opened the door. "Yes?" He asked her not moving so she could come in. He just stayed where he was. He was clearly not happy.

“I want to talk.” She said, and looked down. “I know. I was stupid. I’m just a terrible person.” She was extremely tired. “I didn’t want to go back to how I was, but I was worried and now I partied, and just... I’m sorry. I should go.”

[it.will.rain]

"No. you are tired. You should not drive like that." He said to her and moved. He really did not want to talk though. "You are not a horrible person. I don't get why you acted like that though. I am going through something and I needed to work on a project so she was comforting me. It was nothing." He said to her. That was all he said though before sitting on his bed again and watching the TV.

She stared at him blankly. “I know.” She said. “I-it’s just that...” she looked down at the ground. “Never mind.” She said and started to leave.
