I know that the Flower Pot is just below my Non-Swirl on the list, but taking demand into account (I’ve heard the Flower Pot’s isn’t that great) would this be a fair trade?

the gap between the pot and the non is a green toxic. With its demand, it can go for a sorbet. A non is wort 3 sorbets, so unfair to you either way.

What about rat demand?

rats tend to have some lower demand compared to dogs or store pets, so I'd probably just keep the store pet, but in the end it's up to you :)

unfair to them. Your store pet is worth an early '10 rare. With the bunny added on your side, you just need to add another early '11 rare.

Was told this is fair, opinions?

looks slightly unfair to them. according to the Rares List thread a gray mini husky tier is worth 5-6 mixed '09 rares.
I'd get a second opinion to be sure though. ^-^
