I would try taking atleast a 30min - 1 hr break. Then hop back on, and play quickplay for 30min - 1 hr, or however long it takes till you feel like you are doing pretty good.

That happens with me a lot too. I find it best to take a break from the game for awhile. It might seem like someone can relax or collect themselves after a minute or two, but really it is just putting off the anger till the next round or game. Especially with comp. That is why I always take a break from the game when I know I'm getting too serious with it. I hope this helps c:
