Although their name suggests they are panthers, this is not always true of them. These flying mammals can be found as tigers, leopards, cheetahs, and even domestic cats! They usually have a rainbow pattern that proves their subspecies. For example, a shadow leopard would have rainbow rosettes. Shadow Panthers evolved from a breed of lions and dragons. Their coats are sleek and aerodynamic. You can only find a shadow panther at night when they are hunting for moonlight, their food source. Shadow panthers distinguish each other by the color of their eyes. They are split into Blood Clan, Sun Clan, Gold Clan, Leaf Clan, Sky Clan, and Night Clan. Every shadow panther has a white snout to attract moonlight, and reflect it as a way to hear and see at night.
Shadow Panthers are also closely related to Cloud Panthers, (Lion x Unicorn), Sea Panthers, (Lion x Dolphin), Tree Panthers, (Lion x Bird), and Floof Panthers, (Lion x Sheep). They are always bred from a female lioness and a male dolphin, sheep, unicorn, bird, or dragon.
