How long Have you Been in the Fandom? How did you find out about the fandom?: I found out about it in a video called, "Weirdest fandoms ever," and it had furries on the list. It showed pictures of fursuits, and I was like, "those strangely look kinda cool?" but I most mostly just curious about it and found out more info on Wiki, and I got furry Animo, looked at fursuits, told my dad about my intrest,
and soon curiosity became liking. I've been a furry for about a year and a half.

Earlier I was wondering how I got into the furry community as its been a while since I got into it. That was when I realised I actually got into it by seeing furry hate in a YouTube video. I got interested in what furries actually were because I kept hearing it mentioned and immediately became interested in the community.

I was watching this video, mainly because I was interested in the Walmart masks and costumes like it so when I watched the video I got very interested as to what a fursuit, and what a furry was c: To be honest I've always loved anthro animals and stuff, but never realized there was a community based on liking them ^-^

I first learned about furries when I watched a Dorkly video called "Mario is a Furry" and didn't like them. Not because of the whole... yiff thing, but because I thought they were otherkin. (Honestly, I'm still very iffy on them, no offense people. But back then, I was really close-minded and hated them) Years later, I hear about furries again when I watched IHE's "I Hate Furries" video. At first, I thought fursuits were weird. But then, I started drawing a lot more anthro artwork and found myself beginning to like fursuits and even want one(which I probably will never get because they're so expensive) And then in July, I realized I was a furry. At first, I felt weird about it but then I realized it's nothing but a fandom, so I'm open about it now.

Aw man, I've been part of the furry community since before YouTube was a thing...lol. Back when I was in high school I had a group of friends that were avid role players. They invited me to a few online forums (now defunct) that were kind of a catch all and I found it through there. Started off as like...werewolf stuff and just grew and grew. Didn't even know "furry" was a thing until about 2003ish when they had that CSI episode LOL. Put a name with my anthro love and we'll, here I am to this day. Haha.
