Fang already didn't like this island, everyone seemed sad and lost. He supposed he had been that way as a child when he was on his own without Jeb. Now he had to fight for his life for the entertainment of ...well he didn't know who. However his opponent was going to be sorry, poor fool didn't know what they were up against. He tapped his feet on the tiles that lined the Hand to Hand division arena and stretched out his arms. Not many came to watch but some how he could feel eyes on him...from above.
"Time to get this started I guess" he let out a long sigh and pulled open his wings. I wonder how the flock is doing... Hopefully his other winged companions were safe and sound wherever that be...

Claire snuck around the combat area, her hat gently shading her eyes from the bright sun. "Okay.. You can do this.." The girl spoke to herself quietly, her footsteps almost as light as a mouse. She ducked behind the nearest place to hide and peeked out, looking for her opponent. She giggled silently, then closed her mouth and bit the inside of her lip - willing herself not to laugh louder.

The male shoved his hands into his pockets boredly, yawning. He walked around boredly, his red eyes scanning the sky. 'It's no fun without Shizuo to annoy..' He thought, shrugging. Izaya pulled the black pocket knife from his pocket and flipped it open, his eyes scanning the silver blade for any signs of it being serrated.
