They are overpaying.Even if you count in demand,they are still overpaying.Your sleipnir is not the one that will never get rereleased,so it doesn't get major overpay.The other -high demand- pets don't add up to cover the gap.

I can help a little bit with the first, but items are not my strong suit and I struggle to find a lot of them.

The top pet group is worth 42-55C$ and in total with the items the overall worth for the top half of the trade is 63-112C$.
So it seems to be pretty fair if not a bit unfair to the top.

Unfair to you, the Blue Rose is worth 7 mid advents and each grinner is worth 2 mid advents + an early 09 rare.

Unfortunately I can only help with the second trade here. ;w;

The Blue Scarf dog is a 1st tier advent worth 3-4 mixed 09 rares and the rat on your side is worth a mid 09 rare or 2 mid 2010 rares.
Top side is offering about 5 09 rares and a 2010 rare depending on how you value uncommons to rares. I"m using 4-5 uc = 1 rare from that year.

So on that note the top is overpaying by about a 2010 rare.
