The Ouma Tribe
Kokichi believes in including all in his tribe of tricksters, many of the members like to play tricks on each other, yet there is one rule you must not break or you will be expelled from the tribe.
Do not intentionally harm others
and
Do not kill
any who break this rule must directly speak to King Kokichi, more often than not the dargon accused will be expelled and will never see the inside of the Ouma Tribe ever again. Kokichi does hate to expel any member of his own tribe yet he has to follow his rules, and he cannot and will not make any exceptions for anyone, which in turn has made the Cheif quiet heartless and often puts on a very tricky and manipulative persona.

Kokichi is the founder of the Ouma tribe and the king. He comes off as a cruel and manipulative liar, and sure he does lie yet he only lies to defend someone or something he likes or finds interesting.

Efi is very loyal to Kokichi and is his right-hand man, reporting everything to him making sure that everything is in order in Kokichi's tribe.
