Username|| Chimericect ; Hey there! I originally wasn't able to try out for the child, but with the week extension I was able to make up a form. I hate just popping into a competition like this, however i adore this RPW and would love to make them mine <3 I tend to just use my RPW's on my own, as keeping active in a community is hard for me. Rest assured, though, he will be loved and used, especially in my kingdom world.

Reason for nickname || If you call him by a nickname, there is a chance he'll completely ignore your or pretend that you do not exist.He doesn't believe in nicknames, and he doesn't often give his friends a nickname either.

Personality|| Bayard is extremely mature for his age, which seems to be both a blessing and a curse for the poor kid. He hasn't had much luck making friends with those that are his age. He comes off as reclusive and quiet, and really uninterested in just about anything and everything that is thrown his way. He doesn't mean to come off this way, and he does occasionally try to show interest in something, but anyone could see how forced it is. Most tend to stay away from the child, even those in his plant studies group. Bayard has trouble connecting with kids his own age, and instead seems to gravitate towards older beings. Even they, unfortunately, seem to avoid the kid.

If you manage to get on Bayard's good side, you'll see he's just a curious child that wants to know everything. He's socially awkward, and occasionally a little blunt, but he really means no harm. He's an honest child. Don't expect this kid to be the kind to hide a fugitive either, anything he knows will likely be told to authority if it's against the law. He obeys any form of authority with no questions asked right now, which doesn't exactly help his social cause.

If, however, you manage to get on his good side, you'll notice he's very driven and very dorky. He gets excited over the little things that he finds, and he adores learning new things. He doesn't tend to talk about things that make sense to others, but rather whatever his findings were. After all, this is his obsession. Bayard is extremely loyal, so the few friends he has can count on him for just about anything, except maybe if they did something illegal. As a child he probably wouldn't hide you from the guards, even if you were his absolute best friend.





Short History|| Bayard was born to a higher class family in Koruvia and was named in hopes of him becoming a noble warrior to defend and protect. Unfortunately, when Bayard was 2 the fall of Koruvia occurred and Bayard's family fled to Gwellar. His mother grew ill, infected by one of the harmful plants that grow around the small city. After her passing, Bayard's father became withdrawn. Bayard was homeschooled until he was 8, and he was interested in continuing his fathers work even at that young age. His father tried to research cures, tried to find a way to stop what happened to him from happening to anyone else. When Bayard was 9, his father also grew ill, but it from the plant. He was fatigued, tired, and overall not healthy. You see, the loss drained him, and after trying so hard for years his body grew tired and sick, and he passed. Bayard didn't seem to grieve too long, he had learned to stay quiet and ignore his feelings; don't let them get in the way of your research because they'll only stop you from progressing.
