"Maria, don't make me get out the punishment I keep threatening." Marius spoke.

"You wouldn't dare." Maria spoke back. Marius smirked. "So, you can hear me." He spoke.

Remus watched curiously, but he left them too it, since it was between them.

"Remus, can you go grab me the silver box in the cabinet." Marius asked. "It is time to choose Maria's assigned husband. I warned her if she did not behave I was going to engage her off to someone so he can keep her in line." Marius spoke.

[Don't know whether he should pick Tom's name right off the bat or pick some rude guy that Tom saves Maria from by convincing Marius he is a better choice to keep her contained...]

Remus chuckled and did so, he grabbed the silver box and brought it over to Marius so that he could draw a name.

Marius smirked as he drew the name. "Perfect." He spoke. He showed Remus Tom's name and asked him to go and grab him.

Remus chuckled, he went and got Tom, who was a little unimpressed with being called back so early, "Yes Marius?" he asked.

Marius smirked. "Since Maria decided to misbehave I decided to engage her off early so that he future husband can keep her in line." Marius explained. 'Guess whose name got picked?" He asked.

Tom laughed, "Me I guess." he said, he looked over at Maria, "I guess you are lucky,." he said as he studied Maria.

Maria didn't speak. She had her fists clenched and small tears running down her face.

Tom looked at her, he took her arm and vanished with her, he reappeared back in her room with her.
