2015: early '10 rare or late '09 rare
2014: mid-late '09 rare
2013: mid-early '09 rare

It depends a decent amount on who's trading for it.
At minimum most people value it at at minimum a 09 rare, and many 2 09 rares. I've found you can usually get 3-3.5 09 rares or so for a Zodiac dog in auction c:
