Without looking at demand, this is slight overpay for the non. The gap between the UR flowerpot and non is a green toxic, which is a two tiers below the bun. However, I wouldn't accept the trade. Both the bun and UR flowerpot go for underpay.

The difference between the two isn't humongous.
The first is a tier 7 advent worth 7-8 09 rares. However, it has better demand than the tier five, and easier to trade.
The second is a tier 5 worth 6-7 09 rares and 3 09 rares (valuing the zodiac at an 09 rare), making a total of 9-10 09 rares. However, this advent would be harder to trade.
If you're looking at pure value the second trade would be better!

The third trade is unfair. Your bun is worth 6-7 Mixed 09 Rares + an 09 Uncommon.
