Charles nodded and was a bit confused when Ashley suddenly bowed, he turned around to see his father had come to the barn. Turns out his father was looking for Charles. "Ah, yes, I was just helping Ashley out, did you know that it's actually quite fun being a stable hand?" The king laughed and gave Charles a hard time telling him one day he won't have time to roam around like he does.

As they both talked she stepped away and finished everything else. Sitting down she pulled out a piece of wood and knife. She then started to carve something out of the wood

Charles had finished talking with his father they were talking about some dance that they had been invited to when he turned around - to his surprise - Ashley was carving something, "What are you carving?" he asked

[Aloy]

She jumped a little and cut her thumb. "A horse"she said and got an old rag and wrapped it around her finger. She sighed and stabbed the knife into the hay

"Just a horse?" He asked, "Don't you see enough of them?" He added on, Charles really was fascinated by Ashley, well, anyone could fascinate Charles. It took him a moment to realize that she had cut her hand, "Let me see your hand."

[Aloy]

"Charles its fine"She said. "Then I'll make an unicorn. Shouldn't you go get ready for that ball. Or learn how to rule"She said and stood up and placed some green powder on her cut and it stopped bleeding. "I have to go hunt now"She said and tacked up the only black stallion. She then placed a cape on and then her hunting gear and got on the horse.

He shook his head, "Nope." He watched her do everything, "I was going to invite you to come with me, but I should by now that I cannot change your mind." He sighed as he started to walk away.

she froze and looked at him."Why would you invite. Heck why would someone with your status invite someone like me"She said. Now he got her attention

He turned around,"Well, that's simple." Charles smiled, "I like you, but it seems as though you want to be left alone." He shrugged and turned to walk away once again.

[Aloy]

"Charles wait. I do like being alone but someone with your type of status have never been this kind to me. It caught me off guard and I have trust issues "She said
