The male padded over to Iriscloud. The tom flicked his ear, as he started to bury his prey. As he began digging at the dirt he meowed softly, "Hey, you wanna go hunt something with me." As he continuined digging at the mud. Finally he was able to drop his squirrel in the hole and cover it up. The grey feline approached the shecat more sitting next to her as he waited for a reply. His fur slightly brushed against her.

It was a bit far off, but with no doubt you could hear it.

The shecat purred. As she bounded after him, legs moving swiftly. Quickly she arrived to the stream, gasping for breath. With no hesitation, she walked right into the stream. The cool water soothing her. "Come on in." She meowed to the tom. As she hesitated before trying to swim. She slowly lifted up her front paws, beating at the water for a bit, before lifting up her back paws. Right away she started to sink a bit. The apprentice huffed, "I still need to work on swimming." She meowed while settling her paws back on the rocky surface.

Crowstrike grinned and followed after her, brushing against her flank as he passed through the camp entrance and out into the forest. He enjoyed flirting with the she-cats, it was simply in his nature, but he never took it very seriously. "Lead the way, love." he purred, looking back over his shoulder at Brightwhisker.

"I'm alright, I was just on my way to see if there isn't any patrol I could join, but it seems they have enough cats going out." Echosong replied, flicking her tail. She decided that she would go look for her apprentice in a moment, just in case Aspenpaw was still asleep in the apprentices' den. "What are your plans for today?" the grey she-cat meowed.

Winterpaw chuckled and chased after Oakpaw to the stream, arriving just a heartbeat after him. "I can teach you if you want?" she suggested, sitting down close to the water's edge. The light filtering through the leaves high above made her eyes shine, but also made the nasty scars on her cheek stand out. Unaware, she just gave the tom a shy smile, waiting to see if he would take her up on her offer.

Riverstorm

Riverstorm stalked through the underbrush, keeping low to the ground and dodging larger rocks, branches and dried twigs. Ahead, she smelled a vole. In moments like that, her mind seemed to switch back to the old days, when she was in another territory, in another clan. Like a voice told her how to balance her weight, how to push off from the ground. She shook her head, wanting to be rid of any memories of that place. But it was undeniable that her former clan had made her into a weapon, a fact that came in quite useful a lot of the time. With one powerful leap, the small she-cat landed on top of her prey and killed it with a swift bite to the neck.

"Show off." She teased him, but she was a,aged at how graceful he was in the water. She shook herself out of it, and playfully walked up to him. "gotcha." She meowed playfully bumping him. The apprentice then bounded off, only half-heartedly trying to swim. Her soaking wet fur slowing down her pace.

Frostbreeze laughed softly. "It's okay. I'm just glad you care." A warm smile rested on her muzzle as she listened to the tom speak. "I'd love to take a stroll into the forest." She stretched out her front legs. "I'm itching to get out of camp and do something besides sitting around." Without waiting for the tom's response, the she-cat rose to her paws. Excitement washed over her as she prepared herself to head out towards the pond.

Mousepaw's body tensed as she heard Briarwing speak. Oh no... They saw me! Her heart began to beat rapidly as anxiety washed over her. Taking a deep breath in an attempt to recollect herself, the she-cat peeked back inside. The she-cat took small steps as she made her way into the den. Her eyes sparkled with interest as she gazed around at the various herbs and berries. Not wanting to look awkward, the small apprentice spoke up. "Good morning to you both." The calico dipped her head towards Briarwing and Wrenpaw as she greeted the two.

Oakpaw took a moment to catch his breath. He grinned awkwardly at Winterpaw's offer. Sure, he wouldn't mind,
but he didn't want the she-cat to think poorly of him for not being as skilled when it comes to fishing. Shaking the thought, he nodded his head. "Sure!" The tom chirped. "I love to learn, especially when it can benefit the clan." He took a couple steps closer to the stream, sitting down just a small tail-length away from the she-cat. Oakpaw looked up at Winterpaw, quietly admiring the she-cat. On her cheek, the tom noticed a couple scars. He couldn't help but frown a little as memories of the recent attack flooded into his mind. He attempted to return his focus on the she-cats different colored eyes.

Her tail flicked happily as she followed him out of the den.
