[the folly of man]

so like
I wanna do a comic
but I need some help

I need to design a fictional device that will be used for the following:
-jumping to sub-dimensions of a main dimension
-creating more sub-dimensions
-teleporting n stuff
-etc

I really need help designing it!!

should it look like a game controller, since the comic is about my roblox character and headcannons?
should it be like a TV remote?
should it be one of those cliche button remotes?
should it be something totally different?
please give me your thoughts! I really would like some help!
