how her dad would have to keep a weary eye on her unless he
wanted her stealing away. Kind of ironic how right they were,
but despite contrary belief, it wouldn't be boys stealing her
away from him. When Aphrodite was revealed to be her mother,
of course it came as a shock, but Amelia, desperate for a life in
a place where she felt that she belonged, was eager to explore
what life in a camp surrounded by others just like her would be
like.
