how come most PPS pets have the "why PPS" link when you click on them but these little guys don't?

I’ve noticed that pets adopted as PPS, rather than EPPS, often do not have the PPS tag.

I was on the fence about what to do and decided not to count the cows as PPS. I think, as Synergy said, the line art is based on the ponies.

I’m at 897 individual PPS babies. The last one I managed to trade for rather than adopt was a pinkish orange grinner.
