you seem to be absolutely doing it sensibly Bleakverse, and on behalf of all the little ones you may meet, i thank you i know that sometimes it's even stuff that my friends who troop with the 501st have to look out for.

...of course, i tend to think that if i were a little kid, and, say, darth vader walked into my room, my reaction would not be "oh boy yay it's darth vader!", my reaction would be "OH HELL HERE WE GO THIS IS HOW I GO OUT HUH WELL HAVE AT YOU" ...i wonder how many of them have been rushed by a little kid making lightsaber noises for their IV stands, anyhow

doing the full faceplate where it opens up sounds like it's going to be super cool though!! the behind-the-scenes info will really help you there. and it'll show off the unique look of the sister location animatronics, too!

That's partially why I want to build baby that way, to show off some of the unique aspects of the sister location animatronics, also because I actually want to be able to eat and drink on con day, the double face plate thing seems to be a nice practical way of doing that.
I'm also tempted to put a lot of glitter into Baby when I build her. because of the line from her story "I was covered in glitter"

BABY COSPLAY UPDATE
I'm probably gonna just use foam for everything, and a lot of spray paint, sealant and gloss varnish to make everything shiny
I'm gonna build two 'Endoskeleton' masks to sit under the face plates, one with drawn eyes on some kind of mesh fabric so I can see. and one with the glowing eyes.
Baby is gonna be slowly built over this year as she is a massive build, but aimed to be finished for 2019 NZCC cosplay cup.
I'm debating painting everything red except her cheeks and lipstick with glitter paint but I'm not sure.

How creative! I don't make things like that myself, but I used to and I have a tip! <3 Try sowing the two pieces of fabric together around the edges leaving a small hole about and inch and a half wide. Then turn it inside out and stuff it! It makes for a very clean edge! <3 I hope that was helpful!

I'm not allowed to buy the FNAF games even though I'm basically 13 now! ;-; welp! nothin' I can do about it! I have played FNAF 1 and 4 though! <3 Very different. The main thing I enjoy about FNAF is the great story and the absolutely amazing characters!
