Personality: Jovial and easy to get along with, at least on first glance. His charismatic charm and bright disposition make him one of those people that are hard to hate – until you get to know him better. His accent might have something to do with it, who doesnt like a foreign accent?
The man's darkside though is his self centered competitiveness. Kieran is just down right cocky and it's gone well past adorable. He's most confident that he will win, finding it almost amusing that anyone still tries. In his mind he jst cant be bested. That of course is not always true, bringing up Mr. McClain's guilty pleasure, sulking and he does it quite well. In the off chance someone does beat him, Kieran will rant and rage like no one has ever heard, brooding and making most people just annoyed with him. It passes rather quickly, the idea of avenging his team's good name taking over after this pity party.
He loves his team more than anything, finding them to be his kindred spirits. They get along with him better than anyone ever has and that's likely to stay that way.

Species: Kelpie
Gender: Female
Beast Type: Swimming
Brief Personality: Surprisingly shy and reserved for a Kelpie. Mavoureen tends to cling to Kieran like fleas to a dog, completely ignoring anyone else around them. Whether it's devotion or fear that makes her this way, no one really can be sure. Captivity has done her both good and bad, it's just not clear which out weighs which.

Species: Oilliphéist (Pretty much an Irish dragon XD)
Gender: Female
Beast Type: Flying
Brief Personality: In a funny way she seems to take after Kieran more than he realizes at times, which makes their personalities clash more than any other of his beasts. She's got a fickle sense of humor and set of social behaviors, making her rather unpredictable at most times. Liadan is exceedingly clever though, she knows exactly what she's doing and maybe even thinks she knows more than her master.

Beast Type: Walking
Brief Personality: Being the only male in Kieran's team, Ciardha seems to be very confident with himself. He's not exactly full of pride, but he's level headed and sure of his actions. He knows when to follow and when to lead, having been with Kieran the longest

Personality:
Cyri has always been an outgoing girl who loves to have fun. She has trained with her "beasts" (although she prefers not to call them that) hard and long for the races and other competitions. It's highly unusual that Cyri will give up on something, and her spirits usually remain high, even after bad or unlucky things happen. She has not been through any training accidents and hopes that nothing bad will happen in the competition. Cyri always has faith in her companions, and can adjust to many surroundings and people - but there are a few things that tick her off. In competition, she is extremely serious and competitive, however.

Warg is aggressive to anyone except Cyri, unless she speaks the word japaq, and ancient word which can be translated to silence. He is extremely competitive, but Cyri has tamed him to not hurt any other beasts or people, unless told to.

Leviathan, smaller than mythical ones for fairness :P (*squee!* always wanted to RP one!)

Brief Personality:
Laika is a deadly-looking beast, but acts rather serene for her appearance. Laika seems to be calm throughout any competition, and always stays focused; this can be a bad thing, however. She sometimes gets so focused that she begins to ignore Cyri. Sometimes it's for the better... and sometime's it's not.

Brief Personality:
Venus is a large, noisy, obedient bird that relies on Cyri. Venus was Cyri's first beast, and the two became immediately acquainted, quickly growing closer an closer. Venus often lets out a booming, yet brilliant, call, always letting Cyri know where she is; when Cyri's with her and Venus calls, it's usually a sign of trust, frienship, etc., or just happiness. When in pain, the brilliant cry turns malevolent, hurting many people's ears.

Gender: Female
Personality: While Nateria comes from the average family, she is far from it. She may not look exceptionally pretty or beautiful, she makes up for that in personality. When things don't go her way, instead of getting mad, she will g off to be by herself or with her beasts for awhile to think things over. Nat likes to plan things out and have an outline for the future.
When she was younger, she would hear tales of champion racers, and all the fame and glory they had. Nat's biggest dream is to be noticed and become famous, and one of the ways that Nat tries to do that is be flashy. Her beasts aren't just great for the competitions, they attract attention while they're at it.
Nat can be very stubborn, but is smart and not very gullible. In fact, she may be too suspcious at times. She can be fairly feisty and she says may often say things without thinking them through, sometimes offending others or giving things away.
Even through all this, Nat still loves her animals and cares for the like family. She won't risk their health and safety to extreme, even if it means giving up a match.

Brief Personality: One of Nat's most prized creature she has ever owned, Octavius Thunder is one of the stronger parts of her team. Nat raises him from an orphon, and after many years of training he has turned out to be worth it. Slightly arrogant and flashy, Octavius is very confident. His eight legs give him great speed as well as an extra or two spare for a powerful kick.

Brief Personality: Spectrum is beautiful and quiet, but don't let that fool you. She has strong jaws- and is not afraid to use them, especially if someone is trying to mess up her looks. Spectrum is a bit shallow, but very loyal to Nat. She can be a flirt to other creatures to try and distract them, but end up trying to beat them up in a race.

Species: Hydra
Gender: male
Beast Type: Water
Brief Personality: Despite what his looks may say, Hurricane is the weakest part of Nat's team. He lacks confidence and becomes nervous easily. Before races it can take Nat up to several hours to calm him and get him revved up. Once he is going well, though, his many heads make him a very formidable enemy. Luckily, Hurricane doesn't quite understand he concept of winning or losing, so not coming in first place won't affect his confidence much, but being attacked by another creature might.
