If it’s a mood, pain. My mood is pain and exhaustion and I have to much to do with this pain ughhh

My boyfriend just broke up with me. We were together for almost 4 months.

Grateful. I have my nausea that's normal, but I had it really bad in the middle of Walmart. I started walking quickly for the bathroom so i could get sick, and some girl (bless girls man, bless teenage girls who have big hearts) decides to walk me to the bathroom and has me sprinting. We get there and she's holding my hair back for me and petting my back and complimenting me.
Like she was so nice this JUST happened, she felt bad because she knows how embarrassing it can be to vomit in public.

I thought maybe today would be a good, productive day but I suppose I'll just sit here feeling guilty and sorry for myself about something that isn't my fault, or really anyone's.
